These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Hustle Wala Studio (“Hustle Wala”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
We take AI-built and vibecoded app prototypes to production — code cleanup, hardening, scaling, performance optimization, and launch on the App Store and Google Play. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any project are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement.
2. Quotes & Engagement
- Our free code audit and any quote are provided for evaluation and are non-binding.
- A project begins only once the scope, timeline, and fees have been agreed in writing by both parties.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, reasonable access to your code, accounts, and assets, and timely feedback and approvals so that we can deliver the work.
4. Fees & Payment
Fixed-scope projects are billed against agreed milestones; ongoing work is billed on a retainer. Invoices are due as stated in your agreement. We may pause work on materially overdue accounts.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the project deliverables transfers to you, except for our pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how, which we license to you for use within the deliverables. We may reference non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s confidential information private and use it only to perform the engagement.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in a project agreement, our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the project agreement. Fees for work performed up to the date of termination remain payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly.
